Tihati's Legends of the Pacific Dinner Show
Our guests are greeted by the exotic Polynesian dances and music of the Pacific Rim, highlighted by a Big Island Luau Buffet, featuring kalua pig, roasted chicken with mango and green peppercorn sauce, braised short ribs, a variety of tropical fruits, salads, fresh island fish, and a lavish display of island-style desserts.
